Ada Nicodemou sent her followers into a frenzy on Thursday night when she shared a hilarious fitness tip on social media.
The 47-year-old Home and Away star posted a clip on Instagram in which she promised to let her fans know that she would be doing ‘the ultimate fitness trick for mums’.
The Sydney-born star revealed that her secret to staying fit was to ‘do a squat’ every time her 12-year-old son Johnas called ‘mummy’.
The video showed Ada immediately stopping the household chores she was doing, including cooking and vacuuming, before quickly squatting down and standing up again after her son called her.
Ada seemed to enjoy the funny footage as she continuously did the strength exercise every time her son called her name.
The clip then showed an exhausted Ada answering her son’s repeated calls with a loud ‘yes’ to silence him.
The veteran performer gave the clip a funny caption: “The ultimate fitness trick for mums. #MumLife.”
