Nicole Kidman was the definition of old Hollywood glamour on Sunday as she attended the 4th Annual Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles.
The Australian actress, 57, looked utterly timeless as she posed on the red carpet at the event held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
The Babygirl star dazzled in a floor-length black gown with an exposed back, an elegant train and long black gloves that trailed down her lithe arms.
Nicole kept her accessories to a minimum for the star-studded event, opting to add a gold watch and statement earrings to her classic ensemble.
She wore her blonde locks parted and tied back, adding extra length with a ’60s-style comb.
The gala honored veteran Rita Moreno, Gladiator II star Paul Mescal and Pulp Fiction director Quentin Tarantino.
Nicole’s red carpet appearance comes just days after the funeral of her beloved mother Janelle in Australia.

The Babygirl star dazzled in a floor-dress length black with a back that showed off, a sleek train and long black gloves that cascaded down her lithe arms.
The actress had returned to her hometown of Sydney to join her family, including her younger sister Antonia, to say a final goodbye to her mother.
Janelle died in September at the age of 84, just hours before Nicole won the Best Actress award for her role in Babygirl at the Venice Film Festival.
Nicole and her husband Keith Urban attended Janelle’s funeral at St Francis Xavier Church with their two daughters Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 14.
Nicole’s older children Bella and Connor, whom she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise, did not appear to attend the service.
They joined Nicole’s sister Antonia and her children Lucia, 26, Hamish, 23, and Sybella Hawley, 17, who she shares with her late husband Angus Hawley.
Antonia has another son, James, with Angus – who died in April 2015 from a suspected heart attack – while she welcomed two more sons, Nicholas and Alexander, with her second husband Craig Marran.
The Kidman family were joined at the intimate service by close friends, including Channel Nine star Richard Wilkins, 69, and his make-up artist girlfriend Mia Hawkswell, 47.

Australian TV presenter Peter Overton, his wife cand their daughters Allegra and Giselle were also in attendance.
The Overton and Kidman-Urban clan have been close over the years and even rang in the New Year together at the famous family’s multi-million dollar North Sydney penthouse on January 1, 2023.
Peter also served as a pallbearer at Nicole’s father Antony’s funeral on September 19, 2014, which was held in the same church as Janelle’s service.
Antony died in Singapore at the age of 75 from a suspected heart attack and the Kidmans paid their respects at a more public funeral, with many A-listers, including Russell Crowe, paying their respects.
