Self-professed misogynist Andrew Tate raped and strangled two women before telling them to be a “good girl”, shocking court documents claim.
Toxic influencer Tate, 37, who is being investigated in Romania for rape, sex with a minor and human trafficking, has been named in a 25-page High Court document obtained by MailOnline.
In it, four British women, identified only as AA, BB, CC and DD, describe in chilling detail the nightmarish ordeal they say they endured at his hands.
The group are suing Tate in the High Court in London and their claims – which Tate denies and has filed a defence in court – are separate from the claims he and his brother Tristan, plus two other women, are currently facing in the Romanian capital Bucharest.
The British quartet say they were assaulted and raped between 2013 and 2016, while two of them were working as webcam girls for Tate and the other two were in relationships with him.
Three of the women reported Tate to Hertfordshire Police, as some of the attacks reportedly took place in Hitchin, but the Crown Prosecution Service dropped the case in 2019.
Andrew Tate, left, and his brother Tristan, right, have been charged with human trafficking, including trafficking in minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, forming an organised criminal group, money laundering and influencing statements.

The women are each seeking £100,000 in damages and say they are traumatised by what happened to them around 2015.
MailOnline has exclusively obtained details of the claim filed with the High Court, which sets out the quartet’s claims, and it delivers shocking results.
It highlights how Tate ‘publicly embraces the idea that men have become weak and lost and that women should be subordinate to them’.
The claim also highlights a controversial YouTube video from 2019 in which Tate said women strangled her until she could barely breathe.
In her claim, AA says she was working as a webcam girl at the Hilton Hotel in Luton in 2015 when she claims Tate raped her.
She claims he strangled her as he attacked her and then whispered “good girl” in her ear.
In a later attack, she claims she was left with bloodshot eyes, a medical condition known as petechiae that often occurs with strangulation.

One victim claims Tate assaulted her in 2013 when she was 21, telling her, “I’m just trying to decide whether or not I’m going to rape you.”
AA also described being threatened with a gun and Tate saying he terrified her by saying he would post videos of her online.
The statement of claims alleges that AA and BB — who do not say she was raped, but instead say she was the victim of abusive coercive control — were monitored not only by Tate during the webcam work, but also by others close to him.
BB says Tate made her cry by hitting her in the arm before being very gentle, and often choked her, sometimes to the point where she nearly passed out.
Both women say they contracted chlamydia from him, and BB accuses him of manipulating her, monitoring her phone use and imposing a schedule on her about when she could eat, sleep, wake up and work.
The consequences of not complying were often unpleasant and sometimes violent, she says.
CC alleges that Tate assaulted her in 2013 when she was 21, telling her, “I’m just trying to decide whether or not I’m going to rape you.”

She says he also told her during the attack that she was a “good girl” and asked her “who are you with?”
She became intensely afraid of him and he called himself the “mafia” and the “messiah,” convincing her he was killing people, court documents allege.
The fourth woman, DD, alleges Tate attacked and abused her after she cooked for him in his apartment around November 2014.
They began having consensual sex before he choked her, causing her to have difficulty breathing before passing out.
About a month later, he asked her to cook him a steak and while they were having sex, he choked her until she passed out, causing a blood vessel in her eye to burst, she says.

In his 67-page defence, Tate dismissed the allegations – as well as the Romanian investigation – saying the four waited too long to file their complaints.
He insisted that both AA and BB were willing webcam workers and that the sex between him and both women was consensual.
Tate went on to dismiss the four women’s claims as “lies and nonsense”, adding that the allegations were “without context” and that he refuted the claims of asphyxiation.
