A BBC Radio 1 star has revealed her pregnancy live on air.
Katie Thistleton left her co-stars Mollie King and Matt Edmondson in shock when she revealed she was expecting her first child with husband Alex.
The 35-year-old announced her happy news during a quiz for her colleagues, leaving Mollie and Matt speechless with surprise.
She said: ‘I have a question for you and it is, what is the last message you have received on WhatsApp? So if you can all open your WhatsApps, please.’
As the couple then expressed their shock, KatIe explained: ‘I just sent Matt and Mollie a scan picture and a message saying that Alex and I are having a baby. I was so worried that it was going to go wrong, like the wifi ‘not sending it’.

Saturdays star Mollie, who is expecting her second child with fiancé Stuart Broad, was particularly excited about the news, with Katie revealing that she wanted to tell her fellow mum-to-be.
She shared: “I mean, oh my god Mollie, I really wanted to talk to you about this.
‘There was one day when you walked past us and I was like ‘how are you’ and you were like ‘I’ve been so ill’ and I was like ‘me too, I’m so ill but I can’t just tell anyone.’ But hey, I’m due in March so not that far behind you.’
Following the fun radio announcement, Katie took to Instagram to confirm her happy news with a fun video montage.
