The Samsung Galaxy S25 leaks continue to trickle in, and we now have what are reportedly the full dimensions of all three phones in the series: the standard Galaxy S25, the Galaxy S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
This information comes from generally reliable sources Yeux1122 (via @Jukanlosreve ), who says that the standard Galaxy S25 will measure 146.94mm x 70.46mm x 7.25mm. That compares to 147mm x 70.6mm x 7.6mm for the Samsung Galaxy S24.
Then we have the larger Galaxy S25 Plus, which will apparently measure 158.44mm x 75.79mm x 7.35mm. The current Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, for comparison, measures 158.5mm x 75.9mm x 7.7mm.
Finally, there’s the largest of the bunch, the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This device measures 162.82mm x 77.65mm x 8.25mm. These dimensions are similar to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 162.3mm x 79mm x 8.6mm.
Consistent with previous leaks
As you can see from those comparisons, there won’t be much difference in the dimensions of next year’s models, though they will all be thinner than the Galaxy S24 model it replaces.
They’re also more or less the same as the dimensions mentioned in previous rumors, which increases the likelihood that those numbers are accurate. The phones are expected to be unveiled in January, a year after the Galaxy S24 series.
Just a few days ago, we saw a leaked image of dummy units of all three Galaxy S25 phones, another indicator that the shapes and dimensions will match the current models (though they may have slightly thinner bezels).

However, there’s still some debate over the internals of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra, with most rumors now suggesting that they will all use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.f
