Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle has revealed that the pair were the victims of an attempted burglary while on holiday in London this week.
Riddle, who has been in a relationship with the American tennis star since 2020, opened up about the terrifying ordeal in a series of posts on her Instagram Story after a burglar attempted to break into their Airbnb in the English capital.
Alongside a photo of the entrance to their apartment, the influencer wrote: ‘This morning at 4am Taylor and I woke up to someone trying to punch in the code and break into the front door of the Airbnb we are staying at in London.’
She then added a photo of the lock on the inside of the front door, adding: ‘I tell Taylor to run and lock the second lock while they are outside to get in and IT’S REMOVED???’

Riddle also shared a photo of Fritz holding a tennis racket, saying, “of all the potential weapons in the house, this guy grabs a racket.”
The tennis WAG revealed she’s had terrifying experiences with Airbnb in the past, claiming she was woken up by a man standing above her while she was sleeping in 2017 and encountered someone robbing their home again this summer.
She continued: “Airbnb is SO unsafe. They are being targeted in many cities. Houses are great for long stays, but please just stay in a hotel, especially if you’re traveling solo or with girls.
“I swore I would never stay in one again after my previous experiences and I clearly haven’t learned my lesson.”
Riddle and Fritz celebrated their four-year anniversary in June after meeting on the members-only dating app Raya in 2020.
She has been a fixture in the stands during his tennis matches in recent years and was even involved in a heated exchange with Alexander Zverev at Wimbledon last summer.

Fritz last competed at the Paris Masters, where he was knocked out in the second round by Britain’s Jack Draper earlier this week.
The 27-year-old reached his first Grand Slam final at the US Open in September, but suffered a defeat to world number one Jannik Sinner.
Riddle watched from the stands as her husband lost in three sets in front of a star-studded crowd, including pop star Taylor Swift.
Fritz’s girlfriend was stunned when Swift arrived at Arthur Ashe Stadium, writing on Instagram: “Oh my God, mommy’s here.”
