Sonia Kruger has always looked decades younger than her age.
And now that she’s almost 60, the presenter looks better than ever, all thanks to simple tricks.
The Dancing With The Stars host has revealed that she swears by a nightly serum that does most of the work for her.
As a mother of a nine-year-old daughter, Maggie, and a busy career, Sonia says she keeps her skincare simple.
She uses Three Warriors’ Radiant Complexion Serum, which retails for a reasonable $80.
“My makeup artist Simone Forte loves that the serum keeps my face hydrated overnight and my skin has a nice base in the morning,” Sonia told The Beauty Diary this week.
“The best part is that after I remove all my TV makeup and apply the Radiant Complexion Serum, I know I’ll wake up with a beautiful glow in the morning,” she continued.
“For busy working mums, we take what works while we sleep.”
Sonia is also a big fan of Three Warriors tanning lotion and reveals that it takes her beach days to get done in under ten minutes.

Sonia uses a humidifier to add moisture to the air in your home, which also prevents your skin from drying out.
The mother of one also recommends cutting out things that strip moisture from your skin and hair, such as limiting heat styling.
“Reduce your use of heat styling tools to prevent further drying out your hair. In the winter, experiment with straightening and air drying,” she said.
“Wash your hair less often to lock in natural oils and moisture.”
And while she never bakes in the sun, Sonia recommends a year-round glow thanks to top-quality fake tan to help you look and feel your best.
Sonia’s favorite fake tan is Three Warriors, an Australian-born product from founder Corbin Halliday.
Halliday’s mission was to revolutionize the beauty industry with certified organic, high-performance formulas that contained luxurious, nutrient-rich ingredients for radiant, glowing skin.
“The best part is that after I remove all my TV makeup and apply the Radiant Complexion Serum, I know I’ll wake up the next morning with a gorgeous glow,” she continued. “For busy working moms, we take what works while we sleep.”

Three Warriors fake tan was created to eliminate the harsh chemicals in fake tanning products and replace them with natural ingredients, putting health and wellbeing first without compromising on colour.
To reduce make-up on her days off, Sonia opts for a touch of Three Warriors Face Tan Aqua Mist – an organic water-based facial tanning mist.
And in the winter months, she swears by Three Warriors Gradual Tan, which is packed with olive oil and incredibly hydrating.
Sonia’s tips for a perfect fake tan:
Moisturize and exfoliate
‘Keep your skin hydrated by moisturizing daily. Pay special attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles.
‘Exfoliate your skin before you tan to remove dead cells. This will ensure that your tan is applied evenly and lasts longer.’
Don’t rub
‘After showering, pat your skin dry with a towel instead of rubbing, as this can cause your tan to fade unevenly.’
Choose carefully
‘Invest in a high-quality self-tanner that suits your skin type and tone.
Invest in a face-specific tanning mist and reapply every few days to maintain your tan.’
Protect yourself
‘Continue to wear sunscreen daily, as UV rays can be damaging even in the winter!’
